Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules govern the Baker Street First Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”), sponsored by Broknight, LLC DBA Baker Street Timepieces (“Baker Street Timepieces,” “BST,” “Sponsor”).
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
1. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the Baker Street First Anniversary Giveaway entry form at:

Complete and submit the form with the requested information, including:
- First and last name
- Valid email address
- Required eligibility confirmation
- Agreement to these Official Rules
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase or payment is required to enter. Purchasing merchandise or services from Baker Street Timepieces will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
Incomplete, inaccurate, automated, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. Prize
One eligible winner will receive:

The prize is awarded in its current pre-owned condition and will be accurately represented before delivery. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control.
The winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about September 1, 2026, the Sponsor will select one potential winner through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner is not an official winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and all requirements of these Official Rules have been satisfied.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification being sent and may be required to provide:
- Full legal name
- Mailing address
- Proof of age and residency
- Signed eligibility affidavit
- Liability and publicity release, where lawful
- Any additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility
If the potential winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within 72 hours;
- fails to provide requested verification;
- declines the prize; or
- is found to be ineligible,
the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are blocked, filtered, misdirected, marked as spam, or otherwise not received.
7. Prize Delivery
After the winner has been verified, the prize will be shipped to a valid address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
The prize will be securely packaged and shipped using an insured delivery service with adult signature required.
The Sponsor is responsible for standard insured delivery of the prize. The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and being available to accept the shipment.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses supplied by the winner, or loss occurring after documented delivery.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize, as well as any other costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
The Sponsor may require the winner to complete applicable tax documentation before awarding the prize.
9. Email and Marketing Consent
Providing an email address is necessary to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.
Entering the Giveaway does not require the entrant to subscribe to promotional marketing emails.
Any option to receive Baker Street Timepieces marketing communications will be presented separately and will be voluntary.
An entrant’s decision whether to receive marketing emails will not affect their eligibility or chances of winning.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to:
- administer the Giveaway;
- verify eligibility;
- contact the potential winner;
- deliver the prize; and
- comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Entrant information will be handled in accordance with the Baker Street Timepieces Privacy Policy.

The Sponsor does not sell entrant information to advertisers.
11. Entry Integrity and Disqualification
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or entry that the Sponsor reasonably believes:
- was submitted using false or misleading information;
- was generated through automated or programmed means;
- uses multiple identities or email addresses to evade the entry limit;
- attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process;
- violates these Official Rules;
- disrupts the Giveaway or Sponsor’s website; or
- acts in an abusive, deceptive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Use of multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, devices, or other methods to obtain more than the permitted number of entries may result in disqualification of all associated entries.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding entry validity and eligibility are final.
12. Technical Problems and Right to Modify
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- interrupted or unavailable internet service;
- website, form, software, server, or network errors;
- failed, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
- inaccurate entry information caused by technical or human error;
- unauthorized intervention in the Giveaway; or
- any other problem that may affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause compromises the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner at random from among eligible entries received before the termination, where appropriate and lawful.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, service providers, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to:
- participation in the Giveaway;
- acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
- technical or administrative errors;
- unauthorized intervention in the Giveaway; or
- the publication or use of winner information as permitted by these Official Rules.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, photograph, and statements concerning the Giveaway for promotional and administrative purposes without additional compensation.
The Sponsor will not publicly announce the winner until the winner’s eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.
15. Social Media Disclaimer
The Giveaway may be promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social-media platform.
By entering, entrants release those platforms from liability arising from or relating to the Giveaway.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Baker Street Timepieces and not to a social-media platform.
16. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any dispute relating to the Giveaway.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
Any legal proceeding concerning the Giveaway must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New York.
