Shipping Policy — Baker Street Timepieces

At Baker Street Timepieces, we take every precaution to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of cleared payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

• We ship exclusively via minimum of FedEx 2-Day service within the United States.  Overnight available for Additional Cost. 

• All shipments are sent fully insured for the purchase price of the watch.

• A signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping

• International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before purchase for details, rates, and availability.

• Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Baker Street Timepieces will not under-declare or falsify values for customs purposes.

Risk of Loss

• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is transferred to FedEx. However, because all shipments are insured, any loss or damage claims will be handled promptly through the insurer.

Order Verification

• For your protection and ours, we may require additional verification before shipping, particularly on high-value orders. Orders may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed.
