At Baker Street Timepieces, customer satisfaction is a priority. To ensure confidence in your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Return Window

   • Buyers may request a return within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

2. Eligibility

   • Item must be returned in the same condition as received.

   • All accessories, links, and packaging originally included in the sale must be returned.

   • Watches that have been worn beyond inspection, altered, or opened by a third party are not eligible.

3. Process

   • To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

   • Buyer is responsible for secure, insured return shipping unless the item was significantly not as described.

4. Refunds

   • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

   • Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

   • Watches sold “Final Sale” or explicitly noted as non-returnable in the listing are excluded.

   • International orders may be ineligible for return due to customs/tariff restrictions.
