Official Rules for the Field Gear Rollout Giveaway by Baker Street Timepieces. No purchase necessary. Open to U.S. residents 18+. Void where prohibited. Ends Feb 28, 2026 (11:59 PM ET).

Promotion Name: Field Gear Monthly Cart Refund (“Promotion”)

1) Promotion Period

This Promotion is offered as an ongoing monthly drawing. Each month’s entry period begins at 12:00 AM ET on the 1st and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of that month (“Monthly Entry Period”).

Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping method for this Promotion.

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Not eligible: employees, contractors, and immediate household/family members of Sponsor, and anyone involved in administering the Promotion.

Void where prohibited by law.

3) How to Enter (Monthly)

To enter, place an order from the Field Gear collection during a Monthly Entry Period:

  Each eligible Field Gear order placed during the month counts as one (1) entry.

  There is no limit to the number of entries, as long as each entry is tied to a separate eligible order.
  
• 
  Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent (in Sponsor’s determination) are not eligible.
  

4) Prize

Prize — Field Gear Purchase Reward (Cart Refund up to $100)

One (1) winner per month will receive a refund up to $100 for one eligible Field Gear order placed during that Monthly Entry Period.

Refund terms (locked):

• 
  Refund applies to the total amount paid, including shipping and tax, up to a maximum of $100.
  
• 
  Refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  
• 
  If the eligible order total is less than $100, the winner receives a refund for the amount actually paid.
  
• 
  No cash alternative. No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.
  

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $100.

5) Winner Selection & Odds

On or about the first week of the following month, Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random from all eligible entries received during the prior Monthly Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the month.

Announcement note: Winner may be announced during BST’s weekly YouTube series “Incoming Transmission” after winner verification.

6) Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via the email associated with the winning order within 7 days after selection.

If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7) Refund Timing

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after winner verification.

Sponsor is not responsible for banking or payment delays outside its control.

8) Taxes

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and any costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

9) Fair Play / Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or submitted using multiple identities. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

10) Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Promotion, contact the winner, and process the refund. Sponsor does not sell entrant data.

Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the month requested.
