The Seamaster Diver 300M has remained one of Omega’s defining sports watches since its introduction in 1993. Its scalloped bezel, skeletonized handset, helium-release valve, and distinctive bracelet created an identity that is immediately recognizable and deeply connected to Omega’s modern diving history.
This generation renewed the model with ceramic construction, a wave-engraved dial, an exhibition caseback, and Omega’s Master Chronometer movement technology, while preserving the features that made the original Diver 300M so distinctive.
The Ref. 210.30.42.20.03.001 occupies an important place within the modern Seamaster lineage. It restored the celebrated wave dial after the cleaner “no-wave” generation while introducing a technically advanced ceramic dial and Omega’s Calibre 8800 Master Chronometer movement.
The blue-on-steel configuration remains the clearest expression of the Seamaster Professional identity. Its ceramic surfaces provide rich depth under changing light, while the 42mm case, professional diving specifications, and highly recognizable design give it lasting appeal as both a capable sports watch and an everyday Omega.
This 2021 example is particularly attractive with its complete accompanying set, excellent overall condition, and bracelet sized generously for approximately a 7.75-inch wrist.
