The BR 01-92 is not subtle.
At 46 mm square, it has extraordinary wrist presence and remains one of the purest expressions of Bell & Ross's cockpit-instrument design philosophy. The large black dial, oversized Arabic numerals, exposed corner screws and broad steel case make it instantly recognizable from across a room.
Just as importantly, this is a particularly clean example. It presents in very good pre-owned condition, with the case, dial and overall presentation showing notably well for a BR 01 of this generation.
The watch is accompanied by box, papers, and an undated warranty card, plus documentation showing a full service completed in 2023. It is fitted to a black leather strap and sized to accommodate approximately an 8-inch wrist.

🌟 Collector Provenance
The BR 01 is the watch that established Bell & Ross's modern visual identity.
Its square case was conceived around the idea of taking an aircraft cockpit instrument and placing it directly on the wrist. The four visible corner screws, oversized numerals, high-contrast dial and unapologetically large dimensions all serve that concept.
The 46 mm BR 01-92 is the fullest expression of that original idea. Later BR 03 models would make the format smaller and easier to wear, but the BR 01 remains the watch collectors associate most strongly with Bell & Ross at its boldest.
